Turn everyday challenges into lasting workplace improvements

Develop a practical understanding of Lean and continuous improvement with Compound Knowledge’s self-paced online course. Learn how to recognise unnecessary work, understand recurring problems and test changes that improve outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Across nine modules, you’ll follow a clear improvement journey: defining a problem, gathering evidence, investigating causes, testing solutions and making successful changes part of everyday work. Workplace examples and guided activities help you connect each topic to situations you recognise.
